A long day of ministry in Surabaya after arriving here in the morning. (3 Feb 2017).
Arrived at about 10 am and I was met by Hindun and Yeanni at the airport. We went to Irene’s home to leave my luggage there before having our lunch and then ministered at a slum ministry with more than 100 people. I preached on “Pressing on with a passion for God” from Philippians 3:12-14.
We went on to travel to Tretes which took about 2.5 hours where we had our dinner and ministered at Gereja Bethel Indonesia Tretes. I shared with the congregation about Stephen from Acts 6-8 and challenged them to follow the example of Stephen to seek after the Holy Spirit faithfully and always gracious to others. By the time we travelled back to Surabaya it was 11.30 pm and time to hit the sack.
