Rev Raymond Sim graduated from Trinity Theological College with a Bachelor in Divinity in 2003 after which he served as a pastor in various churches until 2014. He was ordained with the International Ministerial Fellowship in USA since 2009. He has served as deputy senior pastor, senior, youth and children’s ministry, Missions, Equipping, Chaplain with ACSJ and Boys’ Brigade Asia.
